Redevelopment project involving the complete renovation and expansion of a 1924 un-reinforced masonry structure (formerly the Herman-Goelitz candy factory, aka “Jelly Belly”). The project was leased to a mix of office and residential tenants then refinanced with the sponsors retaining the largest ownership share.
