Acquisition of 85,000 SF office building 100% leased to DealerTrack Technologies. The project is adjacent to 9700 Goethe Rd which is held by the same ownership group. This acquisition allowed control of the 5.9 acres of adjacent parking field that created the opportunity for flexibility to consider shared parking agreements in future tenant leases.
