Off market acquisition of 5 building project across 4 separate parcels from the HMO provider VisionCare. VisionCare would be vacating the project, thus a marketing campaign to bring the project back into the brokerage community was implemented and stabilized occupancy over 80% was achieved. The project was held long-term for cashflow but some buildings have been sold off opportunistically.
