This project was acquired from Oracle Corporation in 2005 and consisted of a 118,000 sf building and 17 acres of undeveloped land. The occupancy at acquisition was 68%. The project was aggressively marketed and achieved 90% occupancy within 12 months. The building and land were sold at the top of the market in 2007.
