This project was acquired from Legacy/Goldman Sachs in 2003 at an occupancy of approximately 17% at close of escrow. The project was aggressively marketed and achieved stabilized occupancy with tenancies of the State of CA and a variety of local and national tenants. Takeout financing was secured in 2004 and one building was sold to a national REIT while the other building was held for cashflow long-term.
