Ground up construction of a 50,000-sq. ft. mixed use, light industrial facility in a redevelopment district of Oakland, CA. The office / industrial component of this project was a pioneering concept for the Oakland area at this time. The project was successfully marketed and delivered 100% leased prior to completion.
