About Our Firm.
Overview.
Committed Capital Partners was founded as the result of two successful real estate entrepreneurs recognizing a changing landscape within their home state of California and joining forces to capitalize on growth in the more business friendly and affordable market of Dallas, Texas.
Our Managing Partners, Howard Goldenberg and Rocco Curci, have a diverse background across their combined 50 years of experience in real estate spanning the full spectrum of involvement and asset classes.
Committed Capital Partners specializes in acquisition, repositioning, efficient operation, and strategic disposition of commercial real estate. We are currently focused on capitalizing on the dislocation of office using tenants as a result of the response to CV-19. Our efforts are focused within Dallas, Texas due to demographic and affordability trends, along with corporate relocations from coastal markets and a proven track record of attracting and retaining top employment talent supporting our thesis of pursuing real estate in high-growth markets.
Our firm maintains a deep entrepreneurial spirit and as a result we take a hands-on approach to real estate investments that allows us to out compete more cumbersome institutional competitors.
Our mission is to provide exceptional value to our investors, tenants, end-users, and team members.
