Purchased in late 2008 following the Global Financial Crisis this building was formerly occupied by Intel Corporation. Tenancy by the State of California was secured shortly after acquisition and the project required significant renovation for it’s occupancy. The State of California was renewed in 2018 and the project was then sold to an institutional buyer for a record high price per square foot.
